PLATE CHARGES:
The charges shown for each printed bag size are based on average copy size
per ink color. For complete bag coverage, call for plate charges.
PROOFS:
Black and white proof on paper supplied at no charge.
EMAIL ARTWORK:
Send individual graphic files for 2 or more ink colors to size, with composite picture indicating PMS colors. Allow 1/8" between colors or supply trapped art. Exact registration of colors not available. Screen size 65-line maximum allowed on all bags. Send artwork in the following formats only: TIFF, EPS images using Adobe Illustrator® or Photoshop®. Identify emails with your company name, asi® number, contact, order number, print name and phone number. We cannot open a graphic file without a purchase order in-hand.
FOIL COLORS
FOR HOT STAMPED BAGS:
Hot stamped bags are imprinted one at a time using foil. The bags will show
puckering if hot stamped copy has heavy coverage. Heavy reverse copy cannot
be used. Two side stamping will show the metal plate impression through the
copy. No returns or allowances based on these inherent production characteristics.
PMS color match of ink colors is not available for foil colors. The closest
pigment foil matches are:

INK COLORS
FOR PRINTED BAGS:
We are able to match any ink color at no charge using Pantone® ink colors
by number. If you do not supply a PMS color match, we will supply the
closest match available. Light ink colors on a dark bag will not show
up well and are not recommended. We suggest using a reverse or drop-out
and overprint to obtain the true ink color match.
SHIPPING:
FOB plant. All order shipped UPS or motor freight depending upon quantity
ordered. Add $3.50 per carton handling charge.
UNDER/OVERRUNS:
All printed bags are subject to an over or underrun of 20% due to the custom
production process used. All overruns manufactured will be invoiced. There
are no overruns on hot stamped bags.

TERMS
1st time customers, prepayment; net 30 days to rated accounts.
NOTE:
All printed bag will show "eyemark" at bottom of bag for registration
of copy. Bag sizes may vary +/- 1/2" industry standard. No warranties are
expressed or implied concerning the merchantability or suitability of any
bag styles for any specific use or purpose. Prices subject to change without
